Several local languages translate his name as “Migaloo,” which means “whitefella.”
Before everyone thought, the Migaloo, the world’s most famous white whale, might come to Australia. Dr. Vanessa Pirotta, a marine scientist said, “We’re not 100% sure, but it may be him because he’s from the east and migrates at this time of year.”
If we ever get to see this whale in person, we will be amazed at how his pure white colour will highlight the water around him and how the water will turn turquoise as he moves!
