Ludwig C. Timm once saw something strange out of his bathroom window while he was having work done on his house.
“At first, we didn’t pay much attention to the few small sticks on the ledge. Timm told The Dodo, “We thought the wind brought it there, but then we saw the squirrels building.”
The family of squirrels picked a place to build a nest and raise their young.
Timm, a photographer, thought it was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the squirrels close up, so he took pictures of the whole thing so we could enjoy them.
Timm took the best pictures of the whole process, from making the nest to watching the babies grow, and put them on his Facebook page.
He kept a close eye on the squirrel family by taking a picture of them every day as they grew up.
One of the cute pictures stands out a lot more than the others. The squirrels cuddled up and went to sleep.
Timm says, “I was very lucky to be able to take the picture of the mice sleeping. The birds usually sleep in the nest, but because it was so hot that day, they decided to sleep outside.
Even though this situation seemed easy, it was very exciting to see it up close and personal.
Timm said, “It’s a pretty good luck that they picked that area.” “We saw how the squirrels changed over time.”
